Shaolin monks pound wood or rock to show steely gritted determination and reveal over time that repetition gives way to the effort, making their mark in the world. In Aikido we forge our selves training with our opponent, falling to the mat and getting back up again, Lets look at the front runners of 2016. Dan moving towards 4th degree heady heights. Louis to 3rd Dan. Tom, Chris, Catherine and Lee all on 2nd Dan focus. Graham, Tom BH, Josh, Jack, Cameron S and Rebekka looking… for that prestigious 1st Dan belt. Chris E, Neil, Julie, Mike C and Beth cruising towards 2nd Kyu status. Mike H, Alan, Eduardo, Jamie, Cameron C, Ellie, Luke, Aymen and Erin all heading towards brown belt greatness. Of course many more are following their footsteps, good luck to those, lets keep the beat and see you all here soon.
